Manual bundle definition:
Define each chain in the following format:
chain,start,stop,orientation,heptad
where:
chain - letter identyfying the chain
start - position (in PDB file) of the first residue in the bundle
end - position (in PDB file) of the last residue in the bundle
orientation - 'p' if chain is running in parallel orientation, 'ap' if in antiparallel
heptad - heptad position of the first residue in the bundle
